Electric Power Provider:
ED3
Power at Site: Project Sunrise PIF Response (Brian Yeges): "We are not concerned about 4 MW for the power requirement" Substation located 3/4 mile from project parcel. Infrastructure upgrades are available up to 70MW.
Natural Gas Provider:
Southwest Gas Corporation
Natural Gas Information:
Southwest Gas operates a significant natural gas distribution system in the Maricopa area, including a small high-pressure main along Anderson Road to the west of this site. However, to serve most industrial loads, Southwest would need to reinforce this system by extending a high pressure main up to 3 miles to the northwest of the site. A system evaluation will be performed once the natural gas requirements of the project are provided to determine if any further system improvements will be required. Natural gas service would be extended in accordance with the Arizona Natural Gas Tariff.
Water/Wastewater Provider:
Global Water Resources
Water/Wastewater Information:
Project Sunrise PIF Response from Walid Alsmadi: "GWR have both water and sewer capacities to serve the proposed project. I am assuming the industrial water is potable water which should not be an issue for GWR. We will have to extend the water and sewer infrastructure to the development. The level of this extension will depend on the exact location of the project."
